- 12 ounces frozen whipped topping 340 grams, such as Cool Whip
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 396 grams (1 can)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 42 grams
- 1 cup milk 227 grams
- 4-5 cups ice cubes
Add the whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and milk to a blender.

Blend for a few seconds until ingredients are incorporated.
Add 4 cups of ice cubes.
