Instructions
Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and vanilla and stir until melted.
¾ cup salted butter, 6 cups mini marshmallows, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cereal using an oiled wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle on the lucky charms marshmallows. Press the marshmallows down lightly to make sure that they stick.
1 cup lucky charms marshmallows
Let treats cool and set up for about 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
If you want to make these outside of St. Patrick's Day, you can swap the Lucky Charms marshmallows for normal mini ones, or use other treats like chocolate chips or M&Ms.
Be sure to line your pan with parchment before adding the mixture or it will be a nightmare to remove!
Don't press down on the mixture too hard or you will crush the cereal.
Storage: Store Lucky Charms treats in an airtight container for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
