Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups rice Chex
  • 2 ½ cups corn Chex
  • 2 ½ cups pretzels
  • 2 ½ cups cheerios
  • 2 cups peanuts
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 5 cups white chocolate chips
  • Red sprinkles
  • Green sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the rice chex, corn chex, pretzels, cheerios, peanuts and M&M’s.

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until completely melted. This should take about 1 ½ - 2 minutes.

  • Pour the melted white chocolate into the chex mixture and toss until completely coated.

  • Spread the mixture onto 1 or 2 parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with red and green sprinkles.

  • Let set until hardened, about 20 minutes. Once set, break up into small chunks and serve.
