Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping 340 grams, such as Cool Whip
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 396 grams (1 can)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 42 grams
  • 1 cup milk 227 grams
  • 4-5 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and milk to a blender.

  • Blend for a few seconds until ingredients are incorporated.
  • Add 4 cups of ice cubes.
    4-5 cups ice cubes
  • Blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add an additional 1 cup of ice cubes and blend again.

  • Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use high-quality cocoa powder for this recipe - you can taste the difference! I recommend Hershey's or Ghirardelli brands.
  • The amount of ice you use determines the consistency. For a thinner Frosty, add less ice. For a thicker Frosty, add more ice.
