- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup pineapple or orange juice plus more if needed
- ½ cup ice
- ½ avocado
- Juice of ½ lime
Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
