15 ounces flavored gelatin mix
Remove the stems and wash grapes.
1 pound seedless green grapes
In a large bowl, add the grapes and water. Squeeze in the lime juice and toss to coat. Make sure grapes are wet.
½ cup water, 2 tablespoons lime juice
Place each grape on a toothpick then roll and dredge through gelatin, alternating colors.
Place on prepared sheet to set up. Gelatin will dry slightly.
Eat immediately or chill on sheet in a single layer.
- Make sure to fully remove the stems from the grapes. No one wants to bite into a tough stem!
- If you plan to feed these to young children, be sure to use seedless grapes to prevent choking. You may also want to cut the grapes in half.
- These can be frozen but that makes them very very cold and hard for little mouths. We just chill them and we are happy campers.
Storage: Store candy grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
