Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour 210 grams
  • ¼ cup cornstarch 28 grams

  • Sift together the flour and cornstarch.

  • The recipe makes a 2-cup serving. If you’d like to have more cake flour, you can double or triple the ingredients.
  • Cake flour is lighter than all-purpose flour and creates deliciously light and fluffy baked goods.
  • Be sure to mix the ingredients well and sift the mixture before storing.
  • Be sure to put the mixture in an airtight container to keep it fresh. You won’t need to put the container in the fridge, but you can if you'd like.
