Cook for 1-2 hours or until chocolate is completely melted. While the chocolate melts, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Stir the contents of the crockpot together until they are well combined.
Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Melt the remaining 2 ounces of white chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
Using a spoon, drizzle melted bark over peanut clusters. Chill until hardened.
Notes
Make sure to use the HIGH setting on the crockpot to get your candy to turn out right.
If you do not like peanuts or cannot have them, you can substitute them with other nuts, such as pecans or cashews.
You can also use your favorite crunchy cereal or pretzels in place of the nuts.
Use a spoon to help you drizzle the melted bark over your peanut clusters.
Storage: Store crockpot chocolate peanut candy in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
