Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt see notes
  • ¼ cup mixed berries see notes
  • ½ cup peanut granola

Instructions

  • Layer the yogurt, berries, and granola until each cup is full. Top with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Yogurt: My preferred yogurt to use in this recipe is vanilla Greek yogurt, but use whatever you like or have on hand.
  • Berries: I used a combination of blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries-- but use any berries you like!
  • If you like the “fruit on the bottom” style yogurts, add 1 tablespoon of your favorite berry jam to the bottom of your yogurt parfait.
Storage: Store peanut butter and jelly granola parfaits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; although, these are best enjoyed the day they are made.
