Cook for 1-2 hours, or until chocolate is completely melted. Stir the contents of the crockpot together until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Melt the remaining 2 ounces of white chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
Using a spoon, drizzle melted bark over peanut clusters. Chill until hardened.
