This Island Green Tropical Smoothie is a quick, nutrient-packed drink with spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana. Naturally vegan and ready in 5 minutes, it’s a refreshing, healthy alternative to cafe smoothies.
Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
1 cup fresh or frozen banana slices, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, ½ cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup spinach or kale, 1 cup coconut water
Serve immediately.

*Spinach and kale are the best greens for smoothies. Frozen or fresh both work.**Regular water can be used instead, but you will be missing out on some of the health benefits of coconut water.Tips:
I highly recommend using frozen fruit for your smoothie because it creates the perfect thick and icy consistency. It's just not quite the same with fresh fruits.
To make a green smoothie bowl, reduce the coconut water to ½ cup and top with your desired toppings (fresh pineapple, banana, coconut, and chia seeds are great options).
Storage: While this smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
