How to Store
These white chocolate covered graham crackers will remain fresh when stored in an airtight container and kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze them for longer storage. While they taste good cold, you don’t want to bite into them and crack your teeth because they’re frozen.
Tips for Success
- You can use any of your favorite graham crackers. Honey graham crackers are an excellent choice for this recipe. However, chocolate graham crackers would also be a good choice when preparing these dipped crackers.
- Make sure you’re using melting chocolate or chocolate chips. Other types of chocolate may not melt well.
- If you need to thin your chocolate, add a bit of coconut oil. It will not only thin the chocolate, but also make it shinier.
