Pro Tip for Glossy Chocolate
Melting white chocolate can be finicky, so if it starts to thicken while you’re dipping, stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and reheat it for 10-15 seconds. This will keep the chocolate smooth and dippable without affecting the flavor.

- Place the chocolate covered graham cracker onto the prepared baking sheet. Garnish with sprinkles.½ cup sprinkles
- Repeat with remaining graham crackers.
- Let graham crackers set for 20 minutes to harden before serving.
Notes
- White chocolate scorches fast–stop microwaving when a few chunks remain and stir until smooth.
- If you need to thin the chocolate, add a bit of coconut oil. This will also make it shinier when it sets.
- If your chocolate starts to thicken while dipping, pop it back into the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- After dipping, lightly tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate so the coating sets evenly.
- If your crackers are breaking, thin the chocolate out and dip more quickly. Letting them soak in the chocolate causes them to break.
- Keep the crackers in a single layer until fully hardened to avoid smudged chocolate.
- I used red and green sprinkles for Christmas, but you can change it up depending on the holiday. Try pastel for Easter, rainbow for birthdays, etc.
- You can also drizzle them with melted dark, milk, or semisweet chocolate for an elegant look.
How to Make White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers Step-by-Step
Prep: Gather up the short list of ingredients needed to make these white chocolate graham crackers. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and break the graham crackers in half into squares.

Melt the Chocolate: Microwave 3 cups of white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth. Take care not to scorch the chocolate. Melt until just a few lumps remain, then stir to finish melting. Working one at a time, use a fork to press each of the 16 graham cracker halves into the melted white chocolate. Lift the graham cracker out of the white chocolate and let any excess chocolate drip off into the bowl.

Dip and Decorate: Place the white chocolate covered graham cracker onto the prepared baking sheet. Garnish with a few pinches of sprinkles.

Set and Serve: Repeat with remaining graham crackers. If the chocolate starts to thicken up too much, pop it back in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to re-melt. Let the graham crackers set for at least 20 minutes to harden before serving.

How to Store and Freeze
These white chocolate graham crackers will remain fresh when stored in an airtight container and kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze them for longer storage (up to 3 months). Let thaw at room temperature to avoid condensation.
