Ingredients
- 1 zucchini 140-170 grams
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour 180 grams
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder 2 grams
- ½ teaspoon baking soda 3 grams
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 grams
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs 100 grams
- ½ cup vegetable oil 100 grams
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 4 grams
- ⅔ cup semisweet chocolate chips 113 grams

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, then grease the parchment paper with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- Grate the zucchini on the large holes of your box grater. Drain the grated zucchini through a fine-mesh sieve. Set aside.1 zucchini
